Hi all , Thank use all 1st ,, the Sky box it self was not working,, Sky as / did send me another box next day,, many thanks again Steve

Hi my 2 nd sky box up stairs still doesn't work, there's a large old Tree , on the front of the house, we can't even get a single, for our TV,  the Sky engineer, got it working, 3 days later, no signal,, no be also a Booster up stairs,, it just can't get a signal,, I just want too return it please,, I'm paying for something dosent work,,,
