My box wasn't working. Got replacement but the person at home didn't remove.memory card and the box was even working again so wanted to send new one back. But they sent old one with memory card still in it

Give Sky a call as they will then send you a new viewing card.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
