Sky box repeatedly states that the viewing card is upside down

The settings menu keeps stating that there is a problem with the viewing card ,it also says that the viewing card is upside down

@Pipburkitt all Sky Q main boxes have a viewing card its on the right hand side of your main Q box towards the front there will be a few millimeters sticking out push the card in and it should release the spring and jump out
