Sky box is working so we dont need the new box thats being delivered today

Almost certainly with a courier now so if your absolutely convinced the fault that caused you to arrange a replacement isn't going to come back just decline the box swap when it arrives. The courier company should send it back to Sky. It might be worthwhile updating Sky once you've done this.
