Have you tried resettling your box? If not turn off the power at the plug or unplug the power lead from your box. Leave it for at least 30 seconds and plug back in. After a while it will tell you to press the 'House' key when it goes blank, but resist pressing it for a few minutes then press it and it will return you to the screen, and will hopefully work then.
