Wouldn't play old recording. If trying to fast forward goes forward minute or two and jumps back to where started. Everything recorded last couple weeks not complete, software issue. Fails to download saying unable to.
Reset harddrive. No different.
Takes a while to change channels.

@Jan141 you may need a new box if you look at the link below and scroll down there is an option to request a new box

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you do end up needing a new box it'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby DPD deliver a new box and take your faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van.
