Sky box no signal

The Sky box has the green light on but the screen is blue with the tv saying "no signal"

Hi @JamieDScotland 

Make sure that the TV set is set to the correct HDMI input for the Q box.

If it is and there is a green led on the Q box press

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

on the Q remote.

This will reset the Q box to standard 1080i resolution.

It does have a Green LED but that didn't work

Hi @JamieDScotland 

Have you cycled through all the HDMI inputs on the TV set?
