How do I get sky Q box replaced?

Is the box situated in a well ventilated spot. Is it getting too hot (you should be able to rest the palm of your hand on it)?

Have you restarted it by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so?

Yes, done this a few times, have also removed all cables and checked connections too.

Sky Q box making making a noise. Sounds like a noisy fan or beating issue. Have tried power off etc but noise always returns
