Sky box keeps disconnecting from the internet

Hello

I've called about this before but it has rectified itself until now. Our sky q box keeps disconnecting from our router and we keep having to connect it which has became extremely tedious.  A sky rep did suggest that we will need a new sky q box as ours is daily dated.  There is no issue with our router as all other devices in the home don't lose connection.

Is your Sky box connected over wifi? The likelihood is that it's not receiving a good enough wifi signal where it's located. You might be able to resolve it by manually changing the wireless channel your router is using.
