Sky box is making a loud noise

Came down this morning and the sky box was making the loudest churning noise. Like aggressive loud buzzing hum and sounds like fan related but really really loud.

sky seems to be working on the tv but the noise is all consuming ! We've unplugged and replugged and on and offed a few times and no luck.
