Sky box dispatched but not needed. Technician failed to resolve app problem last night and advise

New sky box had been dispatched as technician failed to resolve app issue and reset seemed to cause current box to fail. I fixed it myself later last night, new box not required. I don't need it, what do I do?

Chances are it's already sent. I would call sky and check if they can cancel. you might have to just decline it when it arrives.
