New sky box had been dispatched as technician failed to resolve app issue and reset seemed to cause current box to fail. I fixed it myself later last night, new box not required. I don't need it, what do I do?

Chances are it's already sent. I would call sky and check if they can cancel. you might have to just decline it when it arrives.

Chances are it's already sent. I would call sky and check if they can cancel. you might have to just decline it when it arrives.
