Sky box always disconnects from internet

My Sky Q and minis keep disconnecting from the internet.

My internet is very good with 1GB download speed and nothing else has internet issues.

frustrating as I have to put in the password on the sky box and the minis.

Any Ideas please ??

Thanks

Re: Sky box always disconnects from internet

Seems to becoming a more frequently mentioned issue, been having this now for 6 months, regular disconnection from VM wifi, just SkyQ and minis no other appliances with issues.

Getting more and more flaky -

Today for instance "you have no internet" yet you go to settings and you get a "tick" for connection and if you go for "reset" you get told you are connected. Hmmm.

You'll be told to go for a wired connection, ignoring the fact that it should work WiFi.

Lookes at changing to Sky Stream but the more I read I still see lots of connection issues reported.

Always been a common problem

I can only repeat my previous suggestion of not using wifi if you want to keep all your own hair.
