Sky booster no connextivity mini box has to be rebooted slmost daily and main q box weekly

One of my sky q booster boxes will not connect. One of my sky q miniboxes needs rebooting almost daily and main sky q box has to be rebooted weekly. Am tearing hair out!!

Hi @Penang+Hill 

Assume the main Q box is nearer to the minis than the Sky Router?

Also if your main Q box is having connectivity issue maybe you should be using one of the boosters between router and main box.   However you do not say why you are rebooting.

Depending on the location of the minis you can connect the furthest one to the nearest connected mini.

Difficult to judge without knowing exact layout.

You need to double check on each booster that it is connnected exactly to what you intend.

Also then carry out a Network on each Q box starting with the main Q box.

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.  (Or booster if you decide to move one)
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
Then carry out the Network reset on the minis.

If your issues continue then Best to get a Sky Engineer to completely reset your system

Who is your Broadband supplier?

Also where are your Q WiFi boosters located  and what are they trying to connect from and to?

Thanks for your help. Actually found a number and spoke to the technical depth. Fingers crossed booster now connected. Letting signals to bed in and will review rebooting if need be next week
