Sky automatically set recording of Im a celebrity - which I dont watch.

Look like Sky automatically set to record "Im a celebrity".

I'm the only one in the house and dont watch it. I know I removed the recording and series link. However Sky set it to record again today.  Annoying !

There is one point to note with Sky Series links @TheMaster 

When a series link starts recording it does set the next episode to record.

If you delete the first recording and remove the series link the subsequent episode will still be set to record once.

Doesn't explain why it would record in the first place.

Sky don't set any programmes to record and there have been no other reports of this. Sometimes ITV series link related shows so there might be something else you record on ITV has triggered this recording.

It could have been the Masked Singer Im a celebrity edition. Which might have considered it as Im a celebrity. But they are two different shows.

Did you watch a previous Series ?

SKY Boxes do have a feature called Smart Link which wil automatically series link a new series of something previously watched.

I find this quite useful although it is not foolproof. 

If you didn't watch it previously but have got a new/replacement  box, I guess it is possible you have a box which was not fully reset where a previous customer did watch it
