Hello,
I recently canceled my Sky subscription on 31 May 2023 and Sky is now asking for me to return my Sky Q box. However, I have already returned the Sky Q box when I previously canceled my subscription back in 2021 and I was not sent a new box because I watch Sky using the Sky Go app on my Xbox.
Who can I speak to so that I can resolve this issue?
