Sky and Paramount+ linked but Paramount+ say I don’t have an active subscription

I've signed into Paramount+ but it says I don't have an active subscription.  However when I try to link accounts, Sky says I have already linked my Sky and Paramount+ accounts.  Have turned off Sky Q box to reset but same problem.
