Sky account holder moving into a care home

A family member is moving into a care home and wishes to continue with access to Sky.

Being mostly confined to bed due to having advanced prostate cancer and very much counting down the months left, Sky is something that gets a lot of use and is a

massive part of every day life.

That being said I want to know how quickly we can get Sky to follow him to the care home?

To the best of my knowledge currently he has a Sky Q mini box and when moving to the care home will need to be Sky Stream as one of around 70 residents they have WiFi but not the relative  satellite connections in each and every room.

Amy help or advice would be great?

There must be a Sky Q subscription at the current address: Q Mini boxes don't work by themeslves.  Moving from Q to Stream itself isn't difficult (Sky positively encourages it) but having a Stream subscription at a shared address isn't necessarily straightforward
