Sky a box too hot cutting out

Can anyone help my sky a box is so hot I'm worried it may catch fire and keeps cutting out

@Hayley- 

Is the box in a well ventilated area? You should be able to rest the palm of your hand on the top of the box. If you can't I'd suggest unplugging it and contacting Sky when the lines reopen later.
