Sky a box hot and making loud whirring noise

Hello this is the second change of box. We set it up with lots of ventilation. We find the box gets hot, the fan whirls very noisily and the box freezes! We've turned off and back on, we've followed the help guide but are now getting fed up with the sane issue. We gad a box replaced last week and today the same problem is back... Is this an issue with other sky boxes? Has anyone got any fixes?
