Sky: Your BBC channels close on 8 Jan message: get rid of

Getting a message at top of all Channels every 20 mins or so that goes away if you press back button. How do I perminantly get it to go away. Just upgraded to sky q. Watching the hd channels including bbc. Message "Your BBC channels close on 8 Jan etc call for free upgrade etc"

You should not be getting this message on SKY Q

I think you will need to call SKY & explain what you are getting - it might need a refresh of your account or something

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down
