I successfully managed to activate the Sky VIP Paramount Plus 6 months free offer in December. However this month Paramount Plus have charged me.
I've phoned Sky and they said they cannot help and I need to contact Paramount Plus, which I have done via their contact form and am waiting for an answer.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Having dug into this a bit further, it seems it wasn't successful as I was also charged in December and didn't notice, so it clearly didn't work.
I don't have any evidence I tried to sign up to the free offer so the likelihood of getting my money back seems like zero...
