Sky Technical help & Customer service is horrendous

I have a full subscription to Sky Q with x2 mini boxes, all channels including movies & sports HD/UHD but can’t access any apps including sky sports + & can’t connect to my mini boxes. My Sky Q box says I don’t have the required subscription even though I do! I’ve gone through all the steps on 2 calls & just reset my Q box wiping all recordings etc & still doesn’t work!
The first call I was told it was the mini boxes that were the problem so they'd send 2 new boxes out, it's been 2 week & nothing received but not too concerned because I know that's not the problem! Everything worked fine before I cancelled my subscription & renewed everything on a much better deal!!

Does the My Sky app think you have those subscriptions?

A simple "yes" would have sufficed. 😄Images have to get approved, that's why it didn't show the first time at first.

 

How annoying. I would raise an official complaint.

 

We can usually escalate things on here but that facility is broken at the moment.
