Sky TV is saying it's not connected to router but the WiFi is working on my phone and other devices. We've tried pressing the WPS buttons on both router and Sky box but it's not connecting. Any help please?

@Sandra105 who is yor broadband provider ? if its Sky do you have the black or white router ?

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
