Hi @Aaronoafc 

Have you tried rebooting the Q box.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

We've been having the same issue since last Thursday. At first thought it was the bad weather on Thursday as there was some wind & rain (light) but it has continued since and weather is fine. Happening on most all channels & recordings. Every minute getting the blue screen and message 'This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal' or 'There is a technical fault with this channel'. Impossible to watch anything on live TV. Have restarted box a few times & checked all cables in back are ok. No difference. Thinking may have to book an engineer visit.

Only just noticed that there are quite a few new posts from today all saying they are having the same 'no satellite signal' issues as us.. so we're not alone. Something isn't right.. We've had our Sky Q box for 14yrs and only had this on the odd very stormy night before, but never like this for 7 days (so far..). Oddly, last weekend Sky Q box was also losing WiFi constantly. No other WiFi issues in home. Rebooted Sky router a couple times to see if it would help but didn't. After restarting Sky Q box a couple times it now seems to be fine but strangely when I do a Sky broadband service check it still says there's an issue with poor wifi. Other things connected to our WiFi all seem fine though and nothing has been changed or moved recently to cause this. Plus Sky Q box has been crashing/freezing nearly once a week recently which never happened so often before and sometimes issues with rewinding live TV and have to reboot Sky Q box to fix. May be time for a new box also? This is all so frustrating and we've spent hours this week trying to sort these recent issues. Hope someone here can help with the 'no signal' issue. Nearest appointment for engineer visit is July 14! 😩

Sky Q was introduced 7 years ago in 2016. 

Perhaps try the troubleshooting on this link but I think you'll have to get an engineer to at least check your dish isn't out of alignment

@Daniel0210 Realised my error re: having Sky Q box for 14yrs and was about to correct when I saw your early reply.

 

Thanks for link. Will have a look and try the troubleshooting. Was also wondering if dish might be out of alignment but then so many others reporting the same issue recently.

I also have the same issue.  I have tried all therecomended fixes.

it is now stuck on Blue screen with 
"There is a problem with your satellite signal.
 Your recordings an on demand service may still be available.
for help press ?"
