Sky Sports+ stream cut off during EFL game this evening - why?

Not very good, have spent thousands with you, you tell us that we can watch 6 games a week, then schedule them to start at same time, without a record option.

Another rant, not decimilar to previous posting. Watched Leigh x Hull S.L. Match ,then had to take a break, came back to watch post match interviews and you cut it off, with no facility to wind back. 

Roll on the return to traditional recording.

Before I put my first comment up, rang service team, told it needed software update. Did no good, still will not record red button programs. 

Not very good - new software designer needed.

I presume you have Sky Q as the red button matches weren't available on the Sky+ boxes. (Post moved). Some viewers did experience the same which is being discussed on the Sky Q board in this thread

The 1230 kick offs don't appear to have been affected, well not the one i watched.

Not an impressive start. ☹️

The match I was watching dropped out 4 minutes from the end with the same message.

I also got cut off from games I was watching 2/3 times with a "Technical Issue" message.
I had to come out of the match I was watching and then go back into it. 🤡

We tried to load the Notts County Match initially, but instead it loaded the Port Vale match. 🙄

We also suffered a bit of stuttering during the matches (i.e. froze for 2/3 seconds, then carried on).

Definitely not impressive.

The bit that got me apart from not being able to save a Super League match, when I was hoping to go out, was that now something like being about 6 months into the current season, where every week we had to listen to comments about being able to watch "EVERY" match on "SKY SPORTS", we now find they schedule multiply matches at same time and "NO" record facility. 

Did sky recruit a redundant politician, sounds like it!

Ring them , they get very apologetic and give you a saving for a few months.

I emailed them and they said the problem is resolved.  However tonight I tried to watch Plymouth v Cheltenham in the Caribao Cup and just got adverts for Sky programs.  Now it's saying that there are no live streams available.

No, if you can't see anything at all, then you're really not having the same problem.

For what it's worth, I'm watching on telly and every streamed game is working perfectly well (for now)

Yes. It is freezing and cutting off constantly on my ipad. But thanks for your helpful input ejoy the game
