Why can't I get Skys latest offer for Sky Sports package at £22/month because I am a Sky Q customer?

Hi, it's on Skys latest offers to existing customers.

when I asked  to take up the offer they say it's only for Sky Stream customers.

Hi @Brennan1974   What happens when you press Upgrade Now? It clearly states Sky Q on my offer page "24-month contract. Requires Sky Q and a new 24-month Sky TV contract.".

It says the link is out of date, which I think is a load of rubbish as it has only just appeared.

Sky phone me up this morning as I am a 24 year VIP customer offering me Sky Cinema at £10/month which I said I don't need. I then asked for the Sports package offer at £22/month, currently I pay £28/Month. The guy said it only applied to Stream customers as the offer states Sky Q required.
