Sky Sports channel not accessible despite package

I have the full Sky Sports package but last night when attempting to watch the Arsenal match it says I need to upgrade my package. Same issue again this when I came home. To say I am displeased given the cost is an understatement.

@SarahFoxrock 

I didn't think the Arsenal game was on a Sky Sports channel. Was it on TNT? Barcelona v Inter is on TNT tonight which is an added subscription.

Hi @SarahFoxrock   So you have an Amazon Prime subscription? What has this got to do with Sky Sports or did TNT Sports show the highlights?
