If you pay for Sky Sports aren't you classed as a Sky Sports subscriber? 

Regardless if you have your Sky Sports subscription via Now tv, Virgin, BT and Sky Q Sky Glass Sky Stream.

What is shown on channel 407 is available on all of  the above

Now tv Live and Upcoming section

Sky Go Tv guide Channel 407 Sky Sports Tennis HD

NowTV Tv Guide Now and Next section.

The 8:00am showing should appear in the Now and Next section for NowTV

Thanks but I was looking for it on catch-up as I can't watch it at 2am. They may repeat it at odd times but I can't record it so the matches are usually/should be available anytime on catch-up but some haven't been, including this Sinner match.

@NikkiH21  - at last - they're now uploaded sinner v medvedev if you want to watch it. Unfortunately Sky has revealed the result by showing pictures of the semi finalists - I've had a news blackout for the last 48 hours trying to avoid the result ... . Anyway, it's there if you want it!

It was good to catch up on the first anniversary of the start of this post, but not good to see nothing has changed, Sky refuses even to acknowledge the problem. I had a similar conversation with viewerr.sky.uk re the lack of a decent re-transmission of a semi-final at Indian Wells in March, Tommy Paul v Danill Medvedev. The only thing we can depend on is we will probably be having the same conversation when Sky present the next Slam or far away Masters. "Tennis, for the game changers", at least they got that right.

@tennisnut1 Like you I have seen the result so it's too late to watch it days later. The match should have been there on catch-up the morning following a night match.

I gave up on NOW app and went to a neighbour to watch Sinner v Draper which they had recorded  as I could t watch it live and wasn't going to rely on it being on catch-up or seeing the result in the 'upcoming matches' 

 It's very frustrating when you pay for a service and it is not delivered isn't it.

If they were honest about what they were providing at least that would be something. What marks this out for me is the deception - pretending it's acceptable when it isn't. Not to mention the ludicrous price for an inadequate service. I wonder what #usopen and #atp would think about the shoddy treatment of fans, let alone sponsors, whose reach depends on accessing the audience. 
I admire your enduring sense of humour about the whole thing @Tennisdad !
