Watching the football on Sky sports today and I'm getting more and more frustrated by the reduced compression rate which leaves the "HD" picture barely better than a standard definition picture. Is this just a ploy to encourage UHD take-up or a function of digital capacity v demand? Either way I'm paying a premium for HD and not getting the product I have been sold. Remember when HD first started and we all said "Wow!"? Anyone at Sky care to explain? It's very frustrating.
