Sky Sports Football Judder

Sky Sports football seems to judder/pause every couple of seconds these evening. On main sky q and mini box. UHD seems fine but in HD it judders. Even a lower resolution 576 seems fine.

i noticed this also on sky sports mix last week although that channel seems to be ok now. Have done a full reset on all boxes. Same issue.
