Sky Sports F1 very poor signal

All weekend the F1 channel has been freezing and dropping out totally. I've rebooted the Q box and the router to no effect.

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system  

If you normally watch the UHD channel then it is probably worth trying watching the HD version (further down the channel list) until your problem is sorted

@WeeMann Just a though you dont have a wireless dect phone anywhere near your Q box do you. As the signal from the phone has been known to cause problems on the F1 channel before

No signal at all here. Trying to watch f1 and there's nothing at all. Blank screen. Won't even slow me to turn the box over
