Hi, my sky Q was installed today.
My package included Sky Signature and Sports Complete Package,
I noticed that the Skysports HD channels were not working with a message that it required an separate subscription.
I am confused and a little disappointed as the Sky Sports complete package's whats included reads that it does include HD sports channels.

All Sky Sports are in HD as Standard @legin1969
However you will find that the Sports HD pack is shown separate on your account.
It may be that there is an issue on your account.

I can watch for example, SkyPL but not SkyPLHD which says extra subscription is required
This tells me that their are 2 different resolution for the channels

I can assure you that all. Sky Sports in the Sports packs are available in HD as standard.
SD options available as a choice if anyone wants to use them.

As it would appear you are in the ROI it may be different.
As I previously said I will shortly escalate your issue to Sky.

As I think that in Ireland HD sports is still a separate add on

Although things may have changed, I think you probably have to pay for an optional HD Sports pack in Ireland, I am afraid

Hi, I was chatting to the Sky Expert and our chat times out and now I cannot recover the chat history so have not received an answer yet

If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Having the same issue. No HD in ROI but paying for full sports package. Was this resolved?
