Sky Q
Our Sky Q box keeps losing connection to our broadband. Any suggestions?

Re: Sky Q
Someone suggested turning off the 2.4ghz in settings.
mine went off after I did that but hasn't since so I'm hoping it's sorted it.
Other than that I was told that routers firmware are more advanced now than Q so it will keep disconnecting.

If it loses it more overnight than during the day then try turning off the Q boxes eco setting entirely. If otherwise then is it possible to hardwire the box to the router? Or perhaps relocate the router so it has line of sight?
