i am connected to Sky and wifi is wroking and connected HOWEVER

there is the home page but nothing else, it does not show any tv guides, cannot go to any channel 

will not do anything even though all settings have been checked and connectivity is working

home page only

hi @Sharon3333 

The first thing I suggest is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted it may be necessary to do the same power down on each of your mini boxes.

I have already done this and still the same home page but cannot move from there
