Both my mini boxes show technical fault hard disk failiure & now and the sky channels don't work on mini box

@nogins+nog Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini boxes

although hard drive problems do normally lead to your main Q box needing replaced
