Sky Q won't connect to broadband

Hi. My sky q box won't connect to my broadband, which it has previously been connected to for years. The router and box haven't been moved. I've reset the sky q box and the router. All my other items like laptop and phones are connected and working fine to the router. I've reset the network status and tried connecting to the router again. However it doesn't connect when I'm holding the wps button. The correct one on the side. I have also tried the option to add as a non sky router (even though it is) and it picks up my WiFi as its listed, I go in it and enter password from back of router but it then says the password is wrong. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

@Hixsonl try resetting you router there should be a reset button on the router it sound like you have a SR 203 so the reset button is on the back of the router press and hold it for 20 seconds Once the router is back up and running reboot your Q main box and as you know once it ask you to press the wps button go to your router and press the WPS button
