My sky q box disconnected itself from my sky WiFi randomly yesterday. I have tried all the troubleshooting (resetting/rebooting etc) and it still won't connect. Getting really fed up now as I'm paying for services that I can't use. Especially frustrating as it's the weekend and had a movie night with my son planned.
