Hi, just recently my Sky Q box will not hold the internet connection. I have BT broadband and has been working fine with Sky Q but just recently dropped the WiFi connection. I can go into settings and reset, entering password. The box will then connect showing ticks against internet but within seconds the connection is dropped again. I have tried powering off both broadband and Sky box to reset but has not resolved the issue. I have the latest software version on Sky Q.
any other advice on how to resolve.

You're not alone.
I have to reset my SkyQ box every day !
Every other piece of kit in the house has no problem at all...
If you read down the discussion lists, you'll see other comments about dropping out of network and internet issues.

I did see some of the other discussions but Sky do not appear to have come up with a solution.
