Did you resolve this? I am having the same issue. Everything in our house is connected to the broadband except to a box won't connect

They fitted a second booster and got it working but it failed last week and took over an hour to get it connected again- I do wonder whether the Q-box is faulty.
It is such a pain - temted to just give up with Sky.
Hope you get it sorted - recommend getting the engineer out if you can survive the phone time.

We have this exact issue, have q box and a mini and a booster , connectivity is patchy at best and since we had a power cut this week it's been useless.
have done all the resets multiple times to no avail....
so frustrated
