Hi, recently Sky Q will only respond to my voice and not my wife's. No idea why as there is no option for a voice profile. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

@Dagsatno8 try rebooting your router then when thats back up and running reboot your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

I'll be surprised if rebooting the router makes a blind bit of difference. The voice control is pretty poor when compared to Alexa, I find speaking slowly accentuating the syllables the best way to recognise the words

I agree. Had to reboot server and Sky several times lately for other reasons, and if this was going to work it would have already done so. Voice command also only responds to me on TV's connected via sky mini boxes.
