Sky Q tv loses internet even though connected and black screen

Watching TV on skyQ no Internet connection pops up then black screen. No sound not channels no programs. TV connected to Internet and can't change chanel.and watch anything..help. have powered down and on again a few times now. Finally have sound but no pictures checked connection.

Sky Q box said no Internet.. that's OK now then home screen fine but can't watch/change chanel as screen continues to be black..can anyone help. Tried reset, unplugging and waiting, all the usual

Hi @lorreng Try connecting your SKYQ box to a different HDMI port on your TV, if there is one?
