Sky Q to mini via ethernet stopped working.

Yes i have just done reconnect to hub but status says not connected. 
connected to broadband router but no internet.

all was ok until i actually turned off the hub last night. Mistake.

Hi @lorri66 

You don't connect the mini to anything.

Just carry out the Network reset on the mini with the Ethernet connected as per my post.  
Ethernet is still connected between mini and Main Q box I assume?

Didn't need to do anything in the end as when I went to try and sort all armed with instructions turned it on and low and behold it was working!!!
