Sky Q suddenly gone to pot!

We're just back from hols. All good before we left. Some recodings we set were not picked up, a few that did record now say they are not accessible/dont exist tho they did dhow on planner. Cant get to acess list of recordnings now., spinning wheel ony. Second Q box not connecting properly.

Hi @Danderso   Have you tried a power reboot of the Main Sky Q box?

@Danderso 
As suggested by @MightyQuinn try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.
