Sky Q sound not lip syncing to surrounded sound

Hi 

I have just bought Sonos surround sound and speech on all channels are not syncing with the sound. I have seen where can change the speed up but I need the speech to be slightly back as when people talk the lips move slightly faster than the voice. I have changed hdmi leads and contacted Sonos and they have confirmed it's the sky q box as when I change to just tv it syncs perfectly. Any ideas please.

And contact Sky and they will say it's the Sonos......

Anyway, how's it connected?  Are you using eARC?
