Recently switched from sky broadband (48mb download speed) to Virgin media (960mb download speed.
tried downloading a catch up programme and was shocked how slow it was, so while Sky broadband was still connected I downloaded the same programme (2.8gb) on sky broadband which took 9 minutes, then disconnected and connected to Virgin, it still took 9 minutes!
sky said it must be the Q box being old, got a brand new one today...... STILL TOOK 9 minutes! HELP!
