Sky Q shuts down in the middle of watching Disney+ or Amazon Prime

When watching Disney + or Amazon Prime the box will shut down and display the Home message and we have to wait for it to fire up again. It used to just do it with Disney+ if we watch for more than an hour but Amazon Prime does it after about 30-40 minutes
