Sky Q says I need to upgrade my subscription

Recently reactivited my sky tv - first few days nothing worked, I believe the reactivation person forgot to add my sky q subscription. SkyGo now works but all channels and subscription services are not working on the Sky Q box. Anyone able to help?

 

have tried tried restarting the box and router. Software on the box is up to date. When I called up think they somehow managed to fix the skygo issue but not the actual TV problem.
