Sky Q saying speakers off

Hi there,

Got sky q box installed this week and go to use it today and sound isn't working for sky and it says speakers off. Anyone got any advice?

We have a control 4 system so I don't know whether it needs to be updated or something before new sky q box works. Picture working fine on one TV and fuzzy on another TV. Many thanks.
