Sky Q reset but no picture

Lost connection last night. Along with many others.Have now reset and updates software. Box whirs, standby light goes from amber to green when try to switch on, red light comes on to indicate it's recording a regular show and mini box working fine. as normal but no picture reaching tv. Got the hello and software update screens fine so don't think it's a box to tv connection/cable issue. Anything else I can try or is it a replacement box issue?

@SandB just a thought with you Q box on and the green light showing try pressing the following on your remote control the home button 1080 thenb the home button again

@Laing1 Thanks for the reply and the suggestion. Sadly that seems to make no difference at all

Rather than switching off at the plug, we pulled all the cables out of the back of the box and replaced 30seconds later ... works perfectly 🤷‍♂️
