Sky Q replacement box is fault

I had a new sky q box and it was replace by an engineers visit on 3 June, but this box is constantly freezing and going to a bank screen, the only way to to get it working is rebooting and I'm having to constantly switch the box off by the mains, this week I've done it 5 times and I've gone on to sky to book another engineer but it's into giving me the option to get a replacement box by post and set up it myself, I've ordered the box but I don't want to be setting it up myself it's a pain and time consuming to set it up! Please can my order be cancel and an engineer turn up!

Sometimes Sky send the box out via a courier and won't send an engineer. You are expected to do it yourself. Remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.

 

The DPD driver will swap the boxes at the front door.

@Craig+not+happy Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other. We are unable to cancel the replacement box you will need to contact Sky

I will have to ring tomorrow, the chat service is not the best and it's limited to what it tells me! I need to speak to someone in the uk

You can't choose the location of the Sky adviser who takes your call, I'm afraid. You're connected to the next available adviser regsrdless of where they're located.
